• Advising foreign and international companies in their infrastructure projects in Israel. We provide on-going consulting with respect to the legal aspects of operation and projects in Israel including tenders, contracts, taxation, permits and visas, labor law and more. We advised foreign companies carrying out large scale projects for Israeli Electric Corporation (IEC), Israel Natural Gas Lines (INGL) and others. 

• Establishment of a medical diagnostic center in India by Elbit Ltd. (and Elscint Ltd.) of Israel and Dr. Reddys Lab Ltd. of India.
   
• Establishment of Ismar Ltd., a trading company located in Dallas, Texas with Israeli Management group and U.S. investors including Zales Jewelry.
   
• Introducing and assisting Mitsubishi Construction Equipment from Japan to establish an agency relationship with an Israeli importer.
   
• Assisting Mitsubishi Electric Company from Japan to enter the Israeli energy market and establish cooperation with the Israel Electric Company.
   
• Initiating and serving as legal counsel to a joint venture between Itochu Corp (from Japan) and an Israeli manufacturer of new cooling systems.
   
• Initiating and serving as legal counsel to IBJ Leasing (subsidiary of the Industrial Bank of Japan) in investments in Israeli Venture Capital funds (two funds) and serving as advisory board member of funds.
   
• Introducing Slovakia Gas Company (SPP) to Israeli Gas Project and conducting negotiations on behalf of SPP with the consortiums of multi-nationals and Israeli companies participating in the international tender for the Israeli gas project.
   
• Introducing and serving as legal counsel to Itochu Corp and IBJ (The Industrial Bank Of Japan) to energy projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in order to establish joint ventures for the establishment of IPP'S and other energy projects.
   
• Legal counsel to the Japanese government in the building of its embassy's compound.
   
• Legal counsel to high-tech Israeli companies in contract manufacturing.
